Returns

You can return an item within 30 days after it is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at alesialekarta@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it ships. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
